Thanks for reading. From what I read the Konkrus Missiles were anti-tank versions, but who knows where they ended up and how they were used (rebels, ISIS, etc.).
I don't really think contractors are 'forced' to send weapons anywhere. They're driven by profits and they also subcontract to other companies who made deals in Eastern Europe.
I think one solution is to do away with private contractors...they are a big part of the problem.
