You do not know macroeconomics AT ALL, as most of us don't. As I did not until the past couple of years. Taxes DO NOT FUND OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, that is part of the LIES we have been told for decades by sociopathic money addicts who have scammed us. Both parties.

The federal govt can issue ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY for anything that is physically possible. Our corrupt cabal running the country wanted that money TO ENRICH THEMSELVES, so they devised the scam of privatization, biggest scam EVER. They have other scams, as well.

Anyway - our 'debt' is NOT AN ACTUAL DEBT!! And the deficit is NOT a scary thing, but the spending needs to be directed to those who need it and to help the economy. And we would NOT have money with which to pay our taxes if the federal govt did not first ISSUE MONEY into the economy. But the bastards have not used that federal money as the Constitution directs, which is to PROVIDE FOR THE GOOD OF ALL (Article 1, Section 8).
