I do not know how often they do it, but they did it in the past too. My friends said that the firefighters are practicing.

I have not seen what it was exactly, I saw only the smoke. My friends said that there was no real fire. Probably this is true, because lightning a fire is strictly prohibited on the island because of the drought.
It is weird to have fire fighters fighting something else than fire 😂
