Hey guys, I’m still sick and I realised it’s because I haven’t been getting quality sleep. I’ve been told to monitor my sleep data and there’s the culprit! Even though I’ve tried harder to sleep earlier the quality is bad. Any tips to improve it?

Oh, sorry to hear that. I am an insomniac and I tried chamomile tea, listening to calming music, counting sheeps which I still do, melatonin, antihistamine, lavender oil, etc, etc. Most of these work only for a bit. My problem is self-discipline, sometimes😅. And indeed if we are sleep deprived, it is easy to get sick. So I hope you get the rest that you need so you get better soon. Take it easy...take care. 🌼🌼🌼
