If only to gain perspective of where we are...

Well, yes, that is always useful, though I'd say that the significance of it goes even beyond that. If we're not growing, we're dying, so learning to becone comfortable in discomfort, is a very good thing indeed. The sweet spot is right at the edge of our comfort zone, where we can say, 'yes, I'm uncomfortable, but I'm OK'. If we can learn to live there, more and more of life becomes comfortable. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™
