That automatic reverting to "Day Mode" happens to me whether or not I am using the #Ecency frontend. π€π€― Sometimes, I open a new tab for Ecency for refresh the page where I am trying to reply to a comment, only to find out that the page "screams" a pure white background. π€―π€£π
Hrmmm...well that's very curious indeed. So you use both the app and one or both or the websites, and it happens on all of them? I've experienced that sort of thing before with InLeo when it was still rather unstable. For a time it stopped remembering the chosen theme, and kept reverting back to the default white mode on every page refresh or tab opening. π π π β¨ π€
!WEIRD enough, the sudden reversion to Day Mode rarely happens at the same time on the main and v3 versions of the #Ecency frontend. π€π€―
By the way, to be more specific, the background "screams" white, though the theme setting is still "Night Mode", so I have to change the theme to "System Default" first before changing back to "Night Mode" for the background to "calm down" to black. π€―π€
I wonder if it also happens to other #Ecency users (both for the latest and legacy frontend versions). π€ Maybe you want to create a poll about it! π

How strange! Very thankfully this visual catastrophe has not yet happened to me on any version of Ecency. π π π β¨ π€
