Maybe Hive frontends should have a way to show how deep the comment already is. 🤔

If a post already has 4 max-depth comments under it, then it means that it already has more than 1,000 comments on its comments section. 🤯😅

That's totally new information to me, that I haven't heard before. How did you come to know it? I've been super active on Hive more than three years now, and yet I'm still learning new things about it all the time! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I also engage (a lot) with other Hive users, and got hit by a hard commenting limit of 255 layers while I was trying to reply to this comment. 🤔🤯😅

I already reached the limit (and was expectedly unable to break it), so it's just you among us who hasn't experienced hitting such limit yet. 🤔

If you don't want to wait for you to reach the limit yourself, just try to reply to this comment to see the error message (using any Hive blogging frontend). 😅
