I recommend the book: The subtle art of not giving a fuck, I can not remember who write it, it is a must read!
Thx, I will look into it, Im mostly concern about what stress me out, 90% of the time is work related I just put too much importance to get things ready at a certain time frame when sometimes is not so much of a deal breaker, to start I have been increasing those time frames see how that works
I think caring is in your nature.
Habits are powerful. Keep up cutting bad ones.
