This colleague of mine has a reputation for being nasty. Now he’s acting as a road block when the thing is not causing him pain but he’s a hindrance to my work but I am not arguing as he’s unreasonable. Yup i escalated, decade ago i would try to resolve. A decade later I do what’s within me and once it’s out and ppl are not negotiating then next better player.
