I do it rarely because it attracts capital gains tax here. I have never powered down HP in the 7 years I’ve been here. Dipping into HBD was a mistake.

I swap my HIVE for HBD before transferring out. It tells you the value of your withdrawal right there. Easy maths.

What I am asking is, is it a regular thing for you to do?
I won’t power down, but I also do need to start seeing Hive as “real money”. Paid work is starting to become scarce and I really don’t want to go back on welfare.
I have been off of welfare for 3 years and I am getting extremely close to going back on it again just for survival.
