Is bird flu an issue there?
Without knowing it. I don't think so. It would be in the media.
It has just been diagnosed in a dead duck a bit north of me. I'm watching in case I need to take my feeders down to help prevent it spreading.
So sad to see it. A lot of birds died here this winter
I don't know. I see them here from time to time. I'm almost sure this one died a natural death. Now it's gone. Maybe some cat took it.
There’s nothing much you can do about it of course. If hung up a lot of reflective stuff on my window but still those things happen
Oh
I hope it didn't die of hunger. I wish we could do more to protect wildlife.
I think it died of old age, because it didn't fly for the last year.
RIP bird.
Hope it wasn't hit by someone?
I think it died of natural causes.
What a pity.
Rip to the bird
RIP
Ladies and gentlemen, we are gathered here to honor the life of this poor blackbird, who died of unknown causes. It is unfortunate the fate that this little friend had to face, let's hope that he is now in a better place where he can fly freely.
True. I know this bird. Every morning, for a few years, in spring and summer, it woke me up. Last year, it didn't fly anymore.
