If you want to delegate more, then you need to enter the amount you already delegated to that person + amount you want to add. But you have to have that total amount of HP in your wallet.

I have trouble increasing delegations in the Ecency app. I use Keychain for that, it works perfectly. (link is for Apple Store, photo is in case you use another device so you’ll at least know what to look for)
