I'm not sure how that would work, actually. I mean, I think that fundraisers are for charity purposes. Unless I am going to do it for a community or a portion of it, my personal interest may not go well. What do you think?
Archon started off as a fundraiser token (but it isn't any longer), and people used it for personal goals. I personally fundraised to build a good first aid kit, other people fundraised to throw a loved one a birthday party, all sorts of things. It's totally been done!
I would try it, figure out how much you need to do a solar panel setup, and do like, a daily fundraiser post (or weekly, however you want). People can upvote it and/or tip it to help you reach your goal. It might take a while, but the community has come together for its members for such things before! :)

I have considered it, but I do not stay in a place that gives me the liberty to. I have heard about solar-based power banks, and I might look into those.
Yes, but there are a lot of different avaiable meanwhile. Maybe one for "Outdoor" (Made for camping) could work.
