Oh, sorry to hear that. I am an insomniac and I tried chamomile tea, listening to calming music, counting sheeps which I still do, melatonin, antihistamine, lavender oil, etc, etc. Most of these work only for a bit. My problem is self-discipline, sometimes😅. And indeed if we are sleep deprived, it is easy to get sick. So I hope you get the rest that you need so you get better soon. Take it easy...take care. 🌼🌼🌼
