Having said that, just because we're not dead yet, or feel we're not ready to die yet, doesn't necessarily mean we don't live our life (although probably not fully) and if we do, then it will be easier to die when we are ready.

Yes, that's right. We never know when our time will come, so it's important to cherish every moment we have and make the most of our time here on earth.

Well kind of, yes. And same here. i mean i'm fairly content with "my" life, but i still have desires which i would like to fulfill. But unfulfilled desires can hold us back from loving our life, so we need to fulfill them or let them go, i think.

I understand what you mean. We have some things that we need to finish, but haven't yet. Sometimes it can be frustrating to think about them. I tend to think too much about everything, which can make me feel upset. But, I know I need to stay positive and think about the good things in life and my future.

We need to feel more & think less.

The Presence Process Procedure is very helpful in that respect.

Those upset feelings are what we need to give our unconditional attention to so they become fuel for the fire to burn away all the dross

Yes, what you said is true. Sometimes, I have those kinds of thoughts, but I've learned to control them. Otherwise, just thinking about them can trigger a panic attack. 😣😩
