I'm very curious about those 200points and 50points in spin to win function.
But I always get 1 point only a single time I got 10 points.
What are the criteria to get those high amount of amounts. Does it depends upon your reputation or activities.
I think it is bcz of reputation as well as activities I got only a single point and if I am active I'll get 5.
As I am active for a while so let's see how much I get.

Always spin after you have been most active on Ecency! Not when you first start commenting. You will notice a difference in how many Points you win.
Really I will try it next time but can I ask you what was the highest number of points you have earned by spinning.
My normal spins are usually 45 Points almost everyday. Occasionally higher.
