Hmm true o,
The human body is designed to have times of rest for rejuvenation and refreshment.
If we keep using it without making time to rest and replenish lost energy, we get to elastic limit and just like a rubber band that has reached it's breaking point, we may snap.
Best to take moments of rest everyday, week, month and year to refresh oneself for maximum productivity.
