Stake and Power Up mean the same thing. Staked Hive tokens become Hive Power and gives your account, quite literally, more power.
I'm asking cause I stake some waivio and I haven't seen it return. That means that I put it somewhere?
2nd layer tokens each have their own reasons for staking. You have to do your own research as to reasons why you should stake and what you get in return.
