Bleeding in the ear, only one side? Do you have a very high BP?
I think it's due to local causes only, not due to heat waves.

It's better to have your ear examined by a doctor. Bleeding from the ear is not a trivial thing. It should be taken seriously. It could be due to excessive rubbing by cotton buds! Or, it could be something worse!
