How long has it been? I know when I last uploaded about a week ago it took HOURS. It ended up encoding when I was asleep in bed. You can check 3Speak's Discord, usually there will be updates.
When I was writting my last post - 5 or 6 hours ago.
I believe my final wait was like 18 hours.
