Is there any specific rules about posting in ecency waves? I dont know why somebody downvoted my previous post, is it because I violated anything or you simply don't like it? You see, if I don't like something I just skip to the next than downvoting.

Everyone has the right to give out downvotes. Usually people reserve them for accounts that they feel are behaving in a way that would damage Hive.
In this case, the account has no voting power and can't damage your rewards or reputation. I would disregard it.
