Yeah I remember that actually after she told me that I did some stretching daily and now I'm getting more busy and less sleep haha. but yea maybe next time with proper hours of sleep.

It's hard to start a new routine. And especially if there's external stuff, like important birthdays in the mix! Either way, I hope you're doing okay and staying strong 😊.
