I was gifted some strawberry plants this week so today I made my first strawberry patch. I use whatever soil I can find around my garden-I just need to top it up with some mulch.

I have a quick question for you.
Do you hold HBD or convert to HP? And Why?
I can't decide if I should unlock my HBD and increase my HP...

You can just share your opinion or what would you choose if you have to :)
HBD is a stable coin and it not as volatile. You can create a passive income because of the high savings interest(20% now I think) I personally would keep it there.
HP if you go for long term growth for more influence is also nice, but the liquid hive isn’t that liquid (13 weeks if I’m correct)
So a balanced approach looks fine to me: keep a part HBD for savings and what you are ready to loose or you can wait for, put in HP.
Agree with you. BTW, HBD APY was reduced to 15% :(
I didn’t follow it the last weeks so the post was as I remembered it. Too bad it dropped
But for me on the other hand, if I put money on my savings account I get 0.1 %, and I probably have to pay taxes on that amount with the new government here. So for me, it keeps a win
This question is normal and routine, but I can tell you that it depends a lot on what you want and how your situation is in real life. For example, I'm trying to reach at least 500 HBD in savings in order to have a reserve fund + passive earnings (the 15% APR).
"Reserve fund"...that is what I was thinking about HBD...
It's good and I think it's the safest Hive asset to invest in. Of course, nothing here is 100% safe, but HBD is the least risky in my opinion.
As I'm going through some financial difficulties, I need to have that security with HBD, now if you're doing well in real life and plan to stay on the hive for a long time, it might be a good idea to increase your HP. The more HP, the more eyes on you, the more influence too.

It is a difficult choice. On one hand, I would like to have a reserve fund because you never know what will happen tomorrow. But at the same I would like to grow up my account on Hive too :)
It's really complicated, we have many options, we can invest in L2 tokens, in HP or HBD in savings, focus on posts, interaction, there's really a lot to do, so we have to analyze which one might be best for us
Exactly. Some of them have good payouts or upvotes or some other benefits. Actually, it is a very good point to investigate.
I'm already up to date on some tokens, I've invested in some of these dividend and upvote tokens. Of course, I've also done my best not to just vote automatically, which is why I like to interact and participate a lot in the hive.
Can I ask you which upvote tokens are your favourite?
I also like tokens with airdrops or daily rewards. Recently I learned about the #BBH project and its tokens, so now it is one of my main goals.

Is there a market for buying/selling Ecency points?
No there isn’t. I bought some off of someone for Hive but it takes a lot of trust and I won’t do it again.
Instead I am going to start gifting it to people so they can promote their posts.
Hopefully in return they will upvote my posts.

I once had 8 solar powered lights that line the path leading to my front door. In the last few months that has dwindled down to 4.
Today I came home to find 2 of the 4 remaining lights pulled out and dumped one on my front lawn and the other on another neighbour’s property. I returned them.
I also noticed that here had been some digging in the leaf litter on my front yard, and that my bins had been moved and some of my garbage had been taken.
The neighbour shouldn't stress you please.
