Giant oatcake-inspired bis-cotto: oatflakes, seasalt, baking powder, curry powder, cumin, olive oil and then hot water to bind it all together. Rolled, flattened, shaped by bare hand. Very, very delicious, and so nice to have giant biccies, not wee!

Precisely: our oven doesn't have a regulating dial, particularly, so I am not sure what temperature to cook them at, but we turn them once or twice and leave them until they're light brown on both sides, which then dry to a crunchy bite 🤗🤗🤗
