I had only had a good four hours' sleep. Then a lot of productive, healing exchanges. Even here in the comments. I had thought that I would roll over again and get some more sleep. But then the morning was already over. The kids finally let me sleep for another fifteen minutes. Then I was awake again and have now got back into my routines. Still oil pulling, I'm now consciously looking forward to a hot lemon instead of a coffee, whereas the other day I shared the idea of wanting to make myself a coffee in a similar situation. The experience with the lemon was simply too good not to remember it here and now. I'am at 945 movements with this Wave. See how I started riding the waves for more.
