We are so much addicted to the technology that our health started degrading. Nowadays we don't want to go anywhere by just walking. I think it is an alarming situation for us. We should walk daily for at least 2 kilometres daily. Lots of benefits.
Positivity has great impact in our life... Staying positive nowadays is quit hard for me. I just want explode and let everything out of myself so I can let positivity enter in my again. I don't know why I am suddenly so depressed 😔 and defensive.

Last night's dinner: a plain hamburger, minimum chips and a 1.25 litre Coke No Sugar.
Last night, I had simple Desi things in my dinner and you are having a kind of treat of fast food to yourself.
After a hard day of work, this was my only meal for the day. I do need to switch to more simple meals in the future.
