They were a perfect little tasty addition to our pasta dish.
They look like bruscandoli as well, took them from nature right? Not on shop
I don't know the name 'bruscandoli' @davideownzall - but aye; these are the asparagi that grow profusely in this part of Italy - it is super early though, to find them!
It's those, they are called bruscandoli here, excellent for risotto
I am so sure it will be healthy
