Is it just regular water with some fruits?
Hi @esciisc - no: it contains water kefir crystals, which activate the new kefir.... It's easy to start and to continue, just feeding them sugar, salt, some lemon to keep certain negative ferments from growing, and fruit to flavour it. So good for digestion!
