Ciao @ozd ! This kind of water kefir is with crystals that @jendasek gifted me: you rest them first by rinsing in clean (non-chlorinated) water, then adding sugar and salt - to feed and mineralise them. Then they settle fir a few days, after which they can be divided and made into kefir, by putting them in a glass or plastic bottle and adding again clean water, plus (unrefined) sugar, seasalt and fruit to flavour it, plus a slice of lemon to inhibit unfavourable bacteria ☝

It should be stored in a warm place and in a couple of days will be ready to drink, once you strain out crystals and fruit. The crystals can be rinsed, rested and reused literally infinitely 💦💫💥
