The photo you took is stunning, it seems like a very big swimming pool, the red will go away, but you should not swim again without goggles.
Actually it's a private swimming pool at a residential area nearby, the owner opened it for the public, especially the Muslim women. 20 people are the maximum swimmers to join at one time.
