That was my thought too. It's not very common here. The first time I have seen one since I moved in.
I think at the time there is a lot of military in Europe flying around...
I'm guessing that is very true. Crazy how long that situation has been going on and stirred up other situations too. At least that's how much I know. I don't really follow the news 😂
