I had similar experience with the Ecency Points too. Now it is properly working. Probably the Ecency server(s) was/were overloaded.
Seems that one of the servers is down... Should be working soon!
Had this same experience yesterday but now it working well
Same here but it works again now. Ecency devs are really good and fast every time there is a problem.
