The issues you describe are the same I have experienced. I just tried to leave it for a while, and then it suddenly worked as expected. Not sure what cause it.

Just checked it after seeing this, still looks about the same, but I'm thinking maybe it uploads the video to the 3S server during drafting, but doesn't release it until the time of actual posting. Unfortunately, I won't be posting this one until probably Monday, but I will be interested to see if the video posts at that time as well, which honestly would make sense.
In any case, everything in terms of the upload went just as you described, so I thank you for opening my eyes to this alternative option, it's perfect for sharing a test video on a DIY post!
I haven't tried uploading from a post on Ecency as a draft (I think), but it really would make sense.
You can check 3S and see if it's published yet 😊

I thought the same, I checked the 3S app and it doesn’t show up anywhere, but I doubt Sagar has had time to focus on handling uploads from other front ends gracefully in the app…maybe the web interface, but yeah the more I look at the “link,” the more it looks like it’s probably like a valet ticket, referencing a pending video, basically like a scheduled post with a manual trigger.
I’m pretty sure it’ll work, but I’ll let you know either way!
