Hello, answering the first question, if reputation sometimes affects profits, but it is not all the time because if you have a user with a low reputation but in a publication he has some brilliant ideas and someone was interested in it, someone can upvote him, I mean. It is relative.
And in the second, if you receive a negative vote from a common user, it does not affect your reputation, but if it is a negative vote from a user with a very high reputation, for example from large investors, for example, I think it will affect you a lot.
