Very hot here in Rome
If it's too hot, I take a cold shower and then wait until I'm dry before showering. Don't dry yourself with a towel! Just let yourself air dry. That cools you down a lot. Also, drink plenty of water.
Or I could take a bath in the Tevere river... it's bad, I die and I don't feel warm anymore 😂
