I have known this since my secondary school days when I went to a Catholic school.
But I am not Catholic.
Wow that's amazing. haha. In our Catholic high school nobody even taught this. I don't even remember ever praying it before.

We were taught then, and we always say it during the lenting season.
Yeah I guess ours wasn't very much of a religious school. They only taught the basics imho.
