I had half a glass of water, tongue scraping, oil pulling, movement exercises (Qigong), another half glasses of water with a capsule of magnesium. And I had a hot lemon for being ready for a walk for doing an errand.
Oh, and I've had a slight tingling sensation in my right foot since I got up. And it's still there, even after all the movement. I'm looking forward to the walk and how I feel afterwards.
