Well I LOVE chickens myself and keep real ones as well as have a blast painting and drawing them. They say watching an aquarium of fish is meant to be soothing and I feel the same about a yard of chickens, they can amuse and bemuse for hours on end.

Ahaha! I absolutely get what you mean about aquarium :) I feel the same way about any live creatures. I did the same just recently with my lavender plants and was watching bumblebees and butterflies as some people do with fish :) All these animals and creatures are absolutely taking over our attention, no doubt.
