Not necessarily. Bad actors with a lot of wealth won't just have no wealth if we adapt to a better monetary system. They'd still have ill will and a bunch of wealth to enact that will, they'd just be paying for their nefarious deeds with a different form of currency. We weren't always locked in to this system of debt slavery, but there has always been wealthy psychopaths using war to generate more wealth for themselves at the expense of everyone else. As long as human beings have existed, psychopaths among us have sought to do this kind of evil, it's not something new that came with our modern monetary policy.
