But this is goin too far! Same shit in germany, we built stupid laws on a daily basis.

Yea not cool putting people in cages for victimless conduct me thinks. Everything is worse cause of prohbition conduct is more expensive and makes use more deviant, drugs and prostitutes are less clean and regulated due to prohibition. Due to increase costs people are more likely to engage in criminal acts to support their addictions.
Actually, people cant make laws. What people can do is create rules, those rules must comply with the actual law for them to carry the force of law with them. Statutes, Acts, Ordinances, and Codes are not law, they are rules of a society.
A lawless society is one that creates rules with no respect or regard for the law. Thats the real problem!
