Idk it shouldnt play any into it. Pretty lame all this hassle over supposed speeding. I dont understand how drug prohibition helps anyone.
Shooting your mouth off is often the difference between getting a warning and going on your way and being detained, for some reason the video I saw left out that part of the encounter.
