On Friday, these figures were released by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, an organization working for human rights in Syria. The institution said that in this war, so far 21 thousand children and 13 thousand women have also died.
The violent struggle between the various factions started on March 15, 2011, just eight years ago. That day a protest against the government was initiated in the southern city of Dara in Syria. This protest spread throughout the country, which the Assad government tried to suppress the violent way.
In the atmosphere transformed into the Civil War, different factions started claiming their own claims. After this, global forces were involved in this civil war.
