Nevada would definitely be a change from Florida. Don't make the move while Pat is out of town. That might not bode well. ;)
Hey, if you got that mower, your walks could be faster...although you wouldn't get the health benefits of walking. Trade offs.
Nevada is a great state. In my thinking about it. The mindset of what made it a great state could change with so many new residents moving in. What made it great was the work ethic and the will to overcome.
The pioneer determination overcomes the obstacles and hardships.
Nothing is free. Someone has to pay.

So, much more than just gambling and resort shows are a part of the state. Even though that is predominate for now.
Even though I don't use it at the present time. Cannabis is freely made available in the state I think.
I like that kind of thinking. Freedom of choice. Not big me, little you. That serves no one.
Humans have learned how to conserve on water. So even though it is a very dry place.
The water available if properly used, should be sufficient.
No state income taxes. Just as Florida. Plentiful and very good food.
Green houses in the future will grow a lot of our food. Organic even. I like that.
Maybe my friend will be ready to go out in March. If he does. I will go out too.
Pat is a big girl. She can take care of herself. Plus, the kids are here to keep everything in order.
Thank you for listening.

It sounds like you've really thought this out. Could be a good opportunity for you. I like the no income tax. I also like the idea of using greenhouses. If you go out there in March, take a bunch of pictures so we can see. You can do the reconnaissance for us! :)
