For this post, I found inspiration from @lyndsaybowes, thanks to a comment from @haphazard-hstead on my latest post. I will post this with hashtag #WalkWithMe. In this post I will take you with me on a walk, with help from some photos I took.
I began as I usually start my trips, by the sea. After half an hour I came to the creek in town and followed it upwards. The photos in this post will follow this trip, on a cold day in January.
The town, Nyköping, is situated south of Stockholm in Sweden. It's an old town; its history goes back to the fourteenth century. It has survived several wars, fires, and poverty.
First sight, over the water, or ice at this point...
I'm going that way to get to town.
Reaching the creek and there is still some sun reflecting in the water. I love the how the surface looks in this photo, almost like a painting.
In this photo, you can see a part of the old castle, built in the fourteenth century.

My walk did not end here but I continued almost the same way to get back to where I came from. So for today this is it. I hope you enjoyed this post and my little walk!

awww .. you should be used to the cold weather. I would definitely freeze if I went out in the air and I could not walk :) even when I look cold! you have taken great pictures .. clean and bright.

Thanks a lot. Yes cold isn't my favourite weather either... I'm freezing. But it looks beautiful :D I will take it careful outside. The thing is that the snow is melting at the moment and its very slippery, that isn't to fun.

Sweden is my favorite country, one day I hope to move there, I used to study in Denmark for 2 years and visited Sweden a few times and fell in love

I decided to do that when I will have children, I think is the best country for education, a lot of innovation, problem solving and applied learning mentality.
I studied in Denmark and when I first visited Sweden I realized that would have been a better choice :)

That's a beautiful walk! I like seeing running water in a creek or river when there is a lot of snow. It looks both still and exciting at the same time. Enjoy your walks and the snow!
