Friends. I do get to see some unusual colors and sights from time to time.
The above flower is one such example.
This below is another example of what I mean. In my walks. I get to enjoy and show to you what others have spent time and money to put into place for us. Nothing is free. Someone had to invest time, money, and effort.
I appreciate that fact and give a big shout out to the productive peoples of our world.

In fact I hate it.
But, I have to do what no one else in this household is capable of doing.
(I might seem to be a little sarcastic here.)
And remember this. All that I say might be skewed a little in my direction. Ha
Not a good comparison. Other opinions please. lol
But I do try to access a problem and then go about trying to make the necessary repairs.
I am not a construction man. But, I can learn to do what needs to be done.
Oh, and I do have Mr. Matt. A young man with a willingness to do and learn. I like that.

Thankfully you chose to use the word surprise in your title and not happy...although I did think that @knarly327 looked a little happier when he came to peer over my shoulder to see what I was laughing about.
My favourite picture is the blue flower at the very end. Did you know that you captured an ant in it? It gives us all some perspective on size of the flower. ;)

I absolutely love these pics! Your photogaphy skills are getting better with all of your practice.
Curious as to what kind of project you have going on...
The project is "shower wall" replacement.
It isn't difficult. It just takes certain cutting tools and filler material.
Moisture board, etc. I just don't like to do that.
It takes a lot of time just to get everything together and ready to go.
