Ok, so many things to comment on this post :) FIrst off, I feel your pain, we too got our posts out as fast as we could because we are assuming we will lose power. Down here we hear all sorts of warning. This morning our garage was FLOODED so we had to prop up the generator. I think Nate did a post about it. Now it has turned to snow. There is so much water by my chickens and where I just moved my quail, my wellies were wet past the ankle! Now, chicken feathers for arrows are the best! I just got a brand new recurve bow for Christmas and want to make my own arrows. To know I can use my darling chicken's own feathers. That is wonderful news. Well I have left long enough message now, stay safe warm and dry and we shall try to do the same. Oh Fickle Mother Nature, what are you playing at!
