  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, finely ground nachos, cayenne pepper, instant yeast, sunflower oil, honey, salt, and lukewarm water. Mix thoroughly until it starts to come together as a dough.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the kneaded dough back into the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  4. Once risen, divide the dough into 9 equal portions (approximately 79g each), shaping each into a round ball.
  5. Roll out each dough ball into an oval shape with a rolling pin.
  6. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, allowing some space in between for them to expand. Cover lightly and let them rise for another 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet or pan over medium heat. Place the buns on the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. To prepare the chicken mixture, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  9. Add the shredded chicken, salt, cumin, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and water to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is well seasoned and fully cooked.
  10. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  11. Assemble the buns by slicing them in half and layering with lettuce mix, chicken, avocado slices, and nacho cheese chips.
  12. Drizzle with extra samurai sauce to taste and serve immediately for maximum flavor and crunch.
