🥥 1/2 can Madame Cougousse Coconut Milk

🧈 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
🧂 Salt to taste
Instructions
1- Strain Beans:
- Use a colander to separate the pre-cooked black beans from their cooking liquid.
- Ensure not to discard any liquid.
2- Reserve Beans:
- Set aside 1/2 cup of the whole cooked beans in a small container.
3- Blend Beans:
- Place the remaining beans in the Ninja blender, adding half of the reserved bean liquid.
4- Puree:
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
5- Strain Puree:
- Pour the bean puree into a fine-mesh strainer positioned over a large container.
- Use a spoon to help strain the liquid through, discarding any remaining solids.
6- Sauté Epis:
- Heat cooking oil in a large pot; add a spoonful of Epis and sauté until fragrant and golden.
7- Incorporate Reserved Beans:
- Stir in the reserved 1/2 cup of whole beans.
