🌶️ 1 large Red Bell Pepper, chopped
🫑 1 large Green Bell Pepper, chopped
🧅 ½ medium Onion, chopped, white onion
🍅 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
🧂 1 teaspoon Pink Salt
Instructions
1- Prepare Conch Meat:
- Ensure the conch meat is thoroughly cleaned.
- Dice it into 1/2 to 1-inch bite-sized cubes.
2- Citrus Prep:
- Halve the orange and limes.
3- Chop Vegetables:
- Uniformly dice the red and green bell peppers.
- Dice the white onion and tomatoes.
4- Finely Chop Pepper:
- Mince the goat pepper or substitute with a scotch bonnet.
- Keep seeds if you prefer extra heat.
5- Juice Extraction:
- Squeeze juice from the orange and limes using a manual citrus reamer.
