Instructions

1- Preheat the Oven:

2- Prepare the Chocolate Mixture:

  • Melt the Kerrygold butter with the Lindt Excellence dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

3- Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a separate bowl, combine the King Arthur flour, salt, and sugar.
  • Whisk to combine.

4- Combine Ingredients:

  • Add the eggs, one at a time, to the chocolate mixture, beating well after each addition.
  • Incorporate the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.

5- Add Berries:

  • Gently fold the Driscoll's mixed red berries into the batter.
